Exchange and Return Policy
At Loom Home Decor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below:
Return and Exchange Deadline:
You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
Acceptance Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging and all tags intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
All requests must be sent by email to service@loomhomedecor.shop with photos of the product.
Accepted Cases for Exchanges or Returns:
- Incorrect size
- Damaged product upon receipt
- Wrong product sent
Non-Eligible Products:
- Final sale or heavily discounted items
- Customized products
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Procedure:
Send a request to service@loomhomedecor.shop, specifying your order number and the reason.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
After inspection, an exchange, store credit, or refund will be offered, depending on the case.
Return Fees:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error.
